Delivery to foreign countries

In the case of an international delivery, the delivery of your package will be ensured by the carrier La Poste and the delivery time varies according to the country of delivery. The price of the delivery will be indicated to you during the summary of your basket.

On the same day that your order is shipped: you will receive a confirmation email.

The various jewels ordered on our website will be delivered by post to the address indicated on the order form.

If you have chosen the delivery in store, the delivery service is FREE. You will need an ID when you retrieve your order.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, consumers will under no circumstances be entitled to exercise any right of withdrawal for orders of all custom-made items past the 7-day period from the date of purchase.


Return (Bracelet under warranty):

- The after-sales service is free for any problems related to manufacturing.

- The after-sales service is charged for any other requests (size-change, material change...). See rate here 

- The after-sales service does not include shipping costs.
